AKINOLA OLUKAYODE OLAWORE (Esq.) B.Sc (Hon.) Est Man., RICS Dip. (Proj Man.) FNIVS, RSV, MNIM, MAPM.is the Director of Studies at the SCHOOL. He is the proprietor of REALTORS INSTITUTE (Government Approved).

Akin Olawore is a professional and highly Skilled Development Consultant and Project Manager. He has vast experience in estate management having worked and served in different capacities of his career. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management from the University of Ife (Now Obafemi Awolowo University), a course in which he graduated as the Best Overall Student in his set. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in Project Management from the College of Estate Management, University of Reading UK. He has earned several other qualifications which further lend credence to his proficiency in this profession.

He is a past National Secretary of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIEVS) and past chairman of the Lagos State Branch; an external examiner to Estate Management Diploma courses of Yaba College of Technology, in Lagos. Before now he had served as past Treasurer, Nigerian-Britain Association; Chairman, Research & Development and Project Management Faculty both of NIESV; Representative of NIESV and Director, International Valuation Standards Committee; Secretary, Lagos State Branch NIESV 1989-91; Assistant National Secretary NIESV 1996-98; National Secretary NIESV 1998-2000.

An Associate member of the Institute of Revenues and Rating Valuation (I.R.R.V.), of the United Kingdom and a former member of the Education Committee of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

One of the highpoints of his career is the conception, development and management of Ark Towers, an ultra-modern multi-storey office complex in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Presently, among other things, he is the Managing Partner at Akin Olawore & Co., a firm of Estate Valuers, Surveyors, Managers & Consultants.

Akin Olawore is actively involved in the training and retraining of students and practitioners alike, respectively, under the Continuing Professional Development programme of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

GBADEBO OLUJARE ADEJANA B.Engr, MBA (Marketing), ANIM is the Registrar at the SCHOOL. He is the Managing Director/C.E.O of REALTY POINT LIMITED publishers of Prime Assets Magazine and the host of REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL’S SEMINARS.

Gbadebo Adejana, holder of Bachelors in Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration (Marketing) degrees. He is the Managing Director and Chief Executive of REALTY POINT LIMITED. A meritorious service award winner who resigned from the banking industry in July 2004 after a career spanning 8 years, 5 of which was spent in middle management capacities. He is an associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).

He left his last place of work as a Profit Centre Manager (PCM) in charge of Real Estate, I.T, Manufacturers and Merchants.

Debo is a well sought after lecturer, speaker and seminar facilitator, an accomplished columnist, author and publisher.

A visionary and an astute real estate entrepreneur/investment administrator, he is on the board of other profit and not-for-profit organisations.

He is the Administrative Officer at the School of Estate. He holds a Bachelors and Masters of Arts degree from the University of Ilorin.

In Addition to his 6 years of active teaching and administrative experience, he bagged his Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Ado-Ekiti in 2006
