The course is a big eye opening experience; I had never thought of real estate as a broad based rewarding Endeavour. My idea of real estate had been informed by the experience of the rent agents I used to know. The course is very enriching, informative and practical .the material provided to me is a library of valuable in formation to succeed in real estate, I am going to digest them and be further enhanced. Most of the resource people were most valuable in their down-to-earth presentations; I sincerely appreciate their patience and no-holds-barred approach.

This is my first real encounter with the nitty gritty of real estate and I am glad I participated in the course. There misstates that are made in land and property transactions which have been made clear to me. Sincerely, I am spurred to go far beyond a passing interest in real estate. In the process of the course I caught the visions of the better life possible through a direct foray into real estate. I am particularly indebted to Akin Olaware for the way he made his presentations unpretentiously, sincerely and explicitly;he literarily poured out himself to the students. I most sincerely thank the CEO of Realtypoint LTD for giving expressions to the working in his mind through this course. On all the occasions I heard him speak, he ignited conviction for possibilities in me, and the world awaits his manifestations.

This course is quite expository, interesting and above all it gives unequalled insights into the business of real estate and how to get it right. It gives a lay man in the real estate business an expose alarm on the rudiments and the implications embedded in the real estate world. I also believe in my candid opinion that the school of estate should be elevated into a diploma-awarding institution as the curriculum is knitted in a more comprehensive approach. Possibly, the certificate being awarded by the school will surely separate the legion of quacks from the professionals in the estate industry of our time. It is worth embracing. The volume of knowledge acquired here cannot be quantified. I find the course very illuminating regarding my rudimentary knowledge in real estate.
