Akin Olawore is the Principal Partner of Akin Olawore & Co, a registered firm of Estate Surveying and Valuation. A development consultant and project manager. He is an alumnus of the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile – Ife and College of Estate Management University of Reading, UK, respectively.

His work experience spans about 25 years and straddles the various areas of practice. He is recipient of many local and international awards including government recognition for his works and activities in the real estate sector of the Nigerian economy.

A Fellow and member of Council of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, past chairman of the Lagos State branch of the Institution. Akin Olawore is the director of the International Valuation Standards Committee; the Chairman, Hy – Deals and Successories Limited - a private real estate financial investment company and a director in Trussfield  Property Auctions Limited both in Lagos. He is the Co-ordinator/Chairman, West African Chapter, African Real Estate Society and the current (2008) Vice President of African Real Estate Society.

Mr Olawore is a notable and highly sought after conference speaker both nationally and internationally with over 30 papers and publications to his credit. He is also a member of Council of the Nigerian – British Chamber of Commerce. One of the highpoints of his career is the conception, development and management of Ark Towers, an ultra-modern multi-storey office complex in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Mr. Olawore is the Director of Studies and he takes two courses. EC001-ESTATE AGENCY AS A BUSINESS and part of EC002-REAL ESTATE LAW.

Barr. Valentino Buoro takes the ARBITRATION (Alternative Conflict Resolution -Visit to Arbitration Court inclusive) aspect of EC002- REAL ESTATE LAW.
Bar Valentino Buoro is a veteran multiple award winning Journalist of over 30years and also a legal practitioner of 10years. He is well trained, experienced and an authority in Arbitration.  Currently among other things, he is the Founder/President of Landlords and Tenants Rights Initiative, an NGO based in Lagos. He possesses a flair for lecturing.

Dr. Olawande Oni takes EC003-PROPERTY MARKETING. He is the Principal Consultant of Olawande Oni & Associates, a firm of Estate Surveyors & Valuers. An Estate Management Doctorate degree holder from the foremost private University in Nigeria – Covenant University. Mr. Oni is a registered and practicing Estate Surveyor & Valuer with almost 20years Post-License Experience. He has been a serving member of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors And Valuers’ (national & Lagos State Chapter); and also of the Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD) Sub-Committee since 2003 and 2006 respectively. His book ‘Real Estate Marketing and Code of Conduct in Nigeria’ is in press.

Mr. Tosin Kadiri is a licensed Estate Surveyor and Valuer with over a decade of post license practice experience. He is an M.Sc. holder in Housing (Devt. & Mgt) from the University of Ibadan.

He takes the EC004-MAINTENANCE, PROJECT & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Aboderin Isiaka Olalekan B.Sc, Anivs, Rsv, Mccm is a multi-trained professional. He is an Estate Surveyor from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State (1992 – 1997). Town & Country Planning, Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos (1990 – 1992), Plumbing & Sanitation, Government Technical College, Oshogbo, Osun State (1988 -1990). Scholarly and a high flyer Mr. Aboderin worn the Federal Government Scholarship Award for the most outstanding student in ND1 (1990/1991 Session)  and TRP1991-1992  Best Overall Performance in Town Planning. He is an Associate Member, Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Values (NIESV), Registered Member of  Estate Surveyors and Values Registration Board of Nigeria. (ESVARBON) and Full Member of  Certified Institute of Cost Management of Nigeria. He has being the General Manager of one of Nigeria’s bride in the real estate industry Prime Metro Properties Ltd., A Property Investment and Development Company    since 2002. He takes the EC004-MAINTENANCE, PROJECT & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Mr. Adegboye Adedeji is an AUTODESK certified Post Graduate Degree student of University of Lagos. A graduate of Architecture with B.Tech from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso since 2004 with extensive work experiences spanning four architectural organisations with mega budget projects. Mr. Adedeji who handles Construction Basics & Fundamentals is a born teacher. He takes EC005- LAND SURVEYING, BUILDING CONSTRUCTION BASICS & FUNDAMENTALS.

Martins Ojake is a seasoned Surveyor with adequate field experience from the firm of Registered Surveyor Akinyemi. He studies Surveying and Geo-informatics from the University of Lagos with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He takes EC005- LAND SURVEYING, BUILDING CONSTRUCTION BASICS & FUNDAMENTALS.

Mr. Funso Matthew Akinyemi, an Accountant turned Programmer of 19 years of quality work experience  as Lecturer, Accountant/Administrative Manager, Accountant/Programmer and Consulting Programmer at various times. He finished from the University of Benin with a Second Class Upper Division in Accounting. His skills and abilities include; Programming skills in Xbase- Clipper 5, CA-dBFast 2.0, Visual Fox Pro 6.0 & 9.0, MSSQL and MySQL. He has worked on programming projects for Real Estate Management & Accounting, Fixed Asset Management & Depreciation, Payroll & Personnel Administration, School Administration, Drugs and Equipment Store Management, etc. He takes EC006- ACCOUNTING IN REAL ESTATE 

Mr. Alexander Ihemelandu CISA,DBA (IT Consultant). He has over 5 years experience on real estate IT, Project Management in IT and Microsoft Environment for both windows and office suite.

Alex is an information systems auditor with cognate experience spanning database implementation and audit, systems analysis, financial package implementation, training, systems audit, system integration, data migration and replication and application systems development. He is an Oracle Certified Database Administrator. He has worked on various projects both for private and public organizations. He has an in-depth understanding of the financial systems and the financial industry. He takes EC007- IT APPLICATION IN REAL ESTATE
